FederalCompliance is privately operated software and is not affiliated with any government or regulator.
The platform records attributable claims, preserves evidence, executes customer-approved deterministic workflows and generates downloadable packages. It does not determine legal applicability, certify compliance, make purchasing or recall decisions, prepare taxes, or submit to authorities.
Evidence and record integrity
- Original file bytes are preserved; OCR, translation and redaction are derivatives.
- Finalized events and claims are append-only; corrections supersede.
- Signatures bind a person, meaning and exact record hash.
- Generated packages use a frozen snapshot and hashed manifest.
Security architecture
- MFA/passkey-ready identity federation and role-scoped authorization.
- Tenant context on every protected access path.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, controlled administrative access and security logging.
- Cross-tenant authorization tests and secure release controls.
AI boundaries
AI may classify, extract, match and flag candidate information. It does not autonomously determine legal applicability, approve a purchase, release a batch, declare a recall or submit to an authority.
Ownership and portability
Customer content remains customer content. Complete exports include versioned records, original evidence, manifests and hashes. Customer data is not sold or used for cross-customer model training by default.
